To take a screenshot, please follow these steps:

• Go to the Windows search bar

•Type “capture” and select “Screenshot tool"

• Click on "new”

• Drag your mouse and select the desired error message

• Click on “file"

• Choose "save as”

Next, please name your screenshot file and save it to your desktop.

Proset Office sells used licenses which have been previously activated but have become inactive due to circumstances such as a change of hardware or a company failure. These licenses can be reactivated over the phone if online activation fails. You select the toll-free number for your country, contact Microsoft, enter a code displayed on the screen, then obtain a confirmation code to activate your software.
